Woman Calls Her Carvana Experience a ‘Nightmare’!

Some Carvana customers say their car-buying process was challenging. Multiple lawsuits claim that Carvana takes too long to transfer the car’s registration, leaving some customers vulnerable to being pulled over by police. Carvana denies any wrongdoing. They declined to do an interview. However, in a statement, the company says, in part, they’ve bought and sold over a million cars and have a 4.7 out of 5-star rating on their website. They also say they’re committed to improving their customers’ experience.
