Woman Receives Cousin’s Ashes, He Later Turns Up Alive!

An Oregon woman was shocked when she received a call that her cousin’s body had been found, but she got an even bigger shock months later when that cousin called her to say he was alive. Latasha Rosales says she had lost touch with cousin Tyler Chase. Officials from the city of Portland notified her that they found Tyler’s temporary ID card on a deceased person.
